Visa

If you need invitation letter and/or visa application to attend APSAR 2025, please carefully follow the instructions below.

※We issue the invitation letter and the other materials for visa only to the authors of the accepted papers.

Invitation letter

The process for the invitation letter is as follows:

1. Register APSAR 2025 and pay for the conference.
2. Submit Invitation Letter Request Form via https://forms.gle/coECKJyZJABGRwBk6
3. After checking your form, we will send the invitation letter.

Visa documents

The process for the visa documents is as follows:

1. Submit Invitation Letter Request Form first.
2. Submit Documents Request for Your Visa Application Form via https://forms.gle/coECKJyZJABGRwBk6
3. After checking your form, we will send the documents.

Note that your travel itinerary must follow the format shown in the ministry of foreign affairs of Japan (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).

Do not forget including

• Your flight schedule incl. flight number and airport
• Contact personnel (identical to the invitation letter)
• Places you visit (Kunibiki Messe and the hotel you stay for the activity plan and accommodation).
