About Abstract and Full paper
-
Abstract (800 words minimum up to 4 pages maximum) must be submitted for presentation at the conference and will be reviewed by peer reviewers. Please use the specified format.
If you are applying for the Best Student Paper Award, please prepare a 4-page abstract.
-
Authors of accepted abstracts will submit a Full Paper (2-4 pages) by the due date. Full papers will be made available to participants during the conference and will be published in IEEE Xplorer.
Guideline for abstract submission
Manuscripts received by the deadline will be considered for program placement under the standard peer review process.
Late manuscripts cannot be accepted due to the large number of submissions and short review schedule.
The APSAR2025 Technical Program Committee will organize all accepted manuscripts into either oral or interactive
poster sessions based upon their potential contribution to the symposium and the composition of high-quality sessions.
- Authors who wish to participate in the conference must submit a manuscript
(800 words minimum up to 4 pages maximum including figures. References are not included in the counting)
consisting of a complete description of their ideas and applicable research results.
Detailed specifications for the submission content and format are provided in the
Paper Kit.
In particular, if you are applying for the “Best Student Paper Award”, please submit a 4-page abstract.

- Manuscripts must state clearly and concisely the problem, methodology used and central conclusions, and may include figures and graphs.
- Manuscripts must include a bibliography to help reviewers place the contributions of the work into context.

- Quality of presentation
- The progress and results of the review process will be posted on this website and authors will also be notified of the review results by email.
- We have a plan that the accepted manuscripts (initially submitted Abstracts, or Full Papers submitted by “Full Paper Submission Deadline”)
will be available for viewing from attendees via the APSAR 2025 webpage during the event period.
- Please note that the Abstracts will not be published in the IEEE Xplore. If your manuscript is accepted,
you may consider to submit a conference proceeding paper, i.e. “a Full Paper”, for publication in the IEEE Xplore.
If so, please submit the Full Paper manuscript (2-4 pages) by the “Full Paper Submission Deadline”.
Guidelines, paper kit, and template format for full papers will be posted on the web at a later date.
